Champagne Moet & Chandon Rosé Brut Impérial 0.75L, 12% alc., France
Moët et Chandon Rose Brut Imperial is celebrating 270 years as one of the most famous champagne houses in the world. Rosé Impérial is a high-quality champagne, with coral colour and a fine froth. The intense flavours of strawberry, citrus and rose petals have won the hearts of everyone along the years.
This champagne is reddish, a quite intense and vibrant pink colour with elegant hues of salmon, i.e. hints of orange. It also reveals tints of grapefruit and fresh lemon, which have captured the attention of many as years went by.
This Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial is the sibling of the iconic rosé version Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial. It is based on a traditional French wine-blending: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The Pinot Noir grapes are the star of this blend and represent 45% of this champagne. Ten percent of this Pinot Noir originates from the red wine reserves, which makes this rosé champagne even more intense.
Pinot Meunier represents 40% of this blend, and another 15% Chardonnay, 10% of which comes from a very elegant white wine reserve, thus highlighting the elegant quality of this rosé champagne. Moët & Chandon Imperial Rosé benefits from the fermentation and ageing of the bottles’ content for a time ranging from 36 to 48 months.
