Choya – plum wine has an alcohol content of 10%.  It is based on a traditional Japanese recipe. It has the pleasant and smooth aroma characteristic of fruit wine, which all lovers of delicate and light drinks appreciate. It is produced in Germany, and has a privileged place on the European market.

Choya - plum wine is very appealing, and can be drunk both as aperitif, and over a very light dinner, as it goes really well with fish or beef. It can also be a discreet accompaniment for fruit and cheese desserts.
