Description
Jagermaister is the most popular digestif in the world. It is produced in Germany, and it includes multiple spices and 56 aromatic herbs.
Ingredients are ground and infused in water and alcohol for 2 to 3 days, and then filtered and matured for 1 year in oak casks. The liqueur is then filtered again and enriched with alcohol and caramel.
Jagermaister has a pleasant scent with intense tones of herbs, chocolate and sweet cherries. Taste gives off notes of dark chocolate, and aromas alternate between liquorice, ginger, orange peel, mint and black pepper. Jagermaister has a long finish including chocolate and pepper, with the colour of bloody caramel.
