UNDERBERG MINI is an alcoholic drink categorised as a liqueur. With an alcohol content of 44%, it originates from Germany. It is the ideal digestif; its marketing dates back to 1846, and it, therefore, has considerable seniority on the specific market. LIQUEUR UNDERBERG MINI is sold in small 20 ml bottles and is preferably used in cocktail combinations. It may also be used to make various sweet preparations; however, just like in the case of aromatic essences, the quantity of liqueur added to the mixture needs to be quite limited, as it would otherwise result in too high a concentration. It is used to complete chocolate-based desserts or desserts based on spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg or cardamom.
