Yeni Raki Seri is a traditional Turkish drink with an alcohol by volume level of 45 %.

This is a limited-edition drink of this brand, and it is made from the first-harvested anise. Its aromatic profile is a combination of dry fruit, anise, citrus and dry herbs.

Yeni Raki Seri‘s taste imparts mineral, spicy notes, and its finish is peppery.

Yeni Raki is colourless; the addition of water (with which it is drunk) throws it a milky louche; in Turkey, it is also called “the lion’s milk”.
