Vodka Absolut Citron 0.7L, 40% alc., Sweden

Absolut Citron was launched in 1988, only 8 years after the apparition of the original variety, and the success it registered in the following years turned this beverage into a favourite for many people around the globe, especially as it became the main ingredient in the preparation of the well-known Cosmopolitan cocktail. 

What makes this vodka special is the very fact that it is produced exclusively out of natural ingredients and, unlike other vodkas, it contains no added sugar. As it is already clear, this beverage has an extremely pleasant lemon and lime flavour and even a touch of lemon zest.

The water used to produce this beverage comes from a deep well in Āhus, which protects it from impurities. The same is true about the wheat. Moreover, the use of fertilisers is reduced to a minimum. And, even though lemon is the main flavour, the producers have chosen to add lime as well, precisely in order to lend Absolut Citron its perfect character.
