Captain Morgan is a spiced rum originating from Jamaica. With an ABV of 35%, this is an interesting drink as far as its aromatic profile is concerned; it is noteworthy that it is triple distilled and manufactured in American white oak barrels. You can smell the scent of vanilla notes, of caramel, of sugar-preserved fruit, of spices and a hint of citrus.
