White rum Plantation 3*, 41.2% alc., 0.7L, Caribbean

Plantation 3 Stars is a tribute to the Caribbean rums, namely a blend bringing together the three areas of tradition in the art of this innovative drink: Barbados, Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago. Rums from Barbados are not matured, while those from Trinidad & Tobago are matured for a period of 2-3 years; Jamaican rums are basically not matured rums, but benefit from an addition of a 10-year old rum. Each of these regions imparts a little of its specificity to the assortment, and we are, therefore, speaking of a well-balanced rum as far as aroma is concerned, with a soft and beautifully devised texture.

The scent of Plantation 3 Stars gives off subtle notes of vanilla, coffee, honey, brown sugar, coconut and cloves. It has a bitter-sweet taste of dark-chocolate, herbs, spices and vanilla pudding. Its finish is floral, and particularly nice.
