Description
Ouzo Plomari is a traditional drink of Greek origin, with an ABV level of 40 %. It is 100% distilled and it is famous for its intense aromas in terms of both scent and flavour.
Its basic notes are those of anise, cumin, cinnamon, nutmeg and aromatic herbs, with subtle tones as far as flavour is concerned, and more intense in terms of scent.
Ouzo Plomari is transparent and colourless and, like any good quality ouzo, it can be drunk with water, the addition of which throws it a milky louche.
Ouzo Plomari can be drunk over raw fish, seafood, hors d’oeuvres or salads, or as aperitif before any dish.
