Vodka Smirnoff Black 1L, 40% alc., Russia
Smirnoff Black is a special vodka made in copper pot stills, distilled from superior-quality Russian cereals and filtered through birch charcoal. This beverage is filtered through seven tonnes of charcoal precisely in order to enable all its flavours to offer consumers the most pleasant experience possible and a taste that comes as near to perfection as it can.
It has an alcohol content of 40%, which makes it just right as a base for various delicious cocktails. The history of this beverage starts, naturally, with its creator, Piotr Arsenjevitch Smirnov, who founded the first Smirnoff distillery in 1870 and gave it a name that closely resembles his own (Smirnov - Smirnoff). The years went by and the vodka continued to sell increasingly well, to the point that today it sells about four million cases a year.
