Stroh Jagertee rum, 40% alc., 0.5L, Austria

STROH JAGERTEE is a liqueur. With an alcohol content of 40%, this drink originates from Austria, where it is considered to be a distinct Austrian specialty and served in many local restaurants.  This liqueur basically consists in the classic Stroh rum and black tea with tints of vanilla, which makes it unique in its range.

Because of its high alcohol content and quite strong taste, Stroh Jagertee is traditionally served diluted in hot water, but also in shot glasses. It is the perfect drink for cold weather, particularly when mixed with hot water, but also given its aromatic taste.  

The scent of the drink has notes of black tea, orange, caramelised nuts and peppercorn. It has a quite gourmet taste, based on caramel, vanilla, orange peel, spices and ginger, with long and spicy finish. Its beautiful colour is that of intense copper.
