Description
Baileys Irish Cream is a whiskey liqueur manufactured by the British alcohol company Diageo in Ireland. This Irish cream whiskey is made by various distilleries, by forming an emulsion with the help of refined vegetable oil. The process prevents the separation of alcohol and cream during storage. Baileys is based on a cocoa extract-based recipe, which renders its unique chocolate essence characteristic.
It has a strong chocolate aroma mixed with hazelnut and slight tints of coffee, which compels you to savour a glass of Baileys straight, or on the rocks.
It has a smooth finish, leaving behind traces of quite persistently sweet aroma.
