The production process of this bourbon is very different, starting with the year of “manufacture” and all the way to the appearance of the bottle. Every year since 1983, Master Distiller Parker Beam has handpicked the best barrels to put out on the market.

Every bottle has its own personalised code and is inscribed with the number of the barrel. Every single bottle.

Due to the barrel, each bottle will have different notes that stand out, although the basic flavours are the same: tropical fruit, vanilla, and caramel. Just imagine being together with three friend, each with his or her own bottle of Evan Williams – three different notes to satisfy your tastes.

The taste of this whisky is predominantly fresh, yet bears somewhat sweet, wooden accents due to the toffees and hazelnuts.
