Description
Martini Bianco is a fine vermouth with perfectly balanced taste. The manufacturing process implies the carbon-filtering of white wine, and flavouring it with herbs and enriched with beetroot sugar.
It was launched in 1910, and it can be drunk as aperitif or digestif, on the rocks or with spring water, and also as a cocktail mixer.
Martini Bianco’s scent imparts the tones of citrus, and aromas are the entwinement of peach and bay. It has a long finish, with accents of cinnamon and apple. It is clear, with fine golden reflections.
