Old Pulteney Whisky Stroma bears the name of an island on the high seas of Caithness Coast. It literally translates as ”the island on the water stream”, referring also to the dangerous island currents. Legend has it that Stroma’s lighthouse warns off the ships roaming these strong currents.

It has an extremely pleasant whiskey aroma combined with the sweetness of caramel. This fine liqueur is a careful blend of multiple award-winning malt whisky and light malt whisky. Stroma is smooth, sweet, and warm, just like the island, full of delicious subtleties. It is a superior quality whisky liqueur, which may be served straight  up, on the rocks, as well as be a base for various cocktails.
