Every year only 6000 bottles of Irishman are produced. In the whole world.
If you find the number of bottles too low, you must know that the cask selection process is so strict that only those casks which receive a score of over 4.3 can move on to the next level – the bottling of the whisky.
The smell of this beverage features deep cereal notes accompanied by accents of caramel.
Its taste is somewhat sweet and vey easily distinguished from the other whiskies. One might say that The Irishman’s taste is unique on the market.
The whisky comprises flavours of vanilla, oak, honey, and caramel.
The Irishman has won a gold medal and the “Best in Class” title at the International Spirits Challenge of 2013.
