Description
Bisquit VSOP is a special cognac produced at the Domaine de Ligneres, which is located in the heart of the Fins Bois region, close to Rouillac. Bisquit VSOP is double distilled and aged in oak casks according to the traditional techniques adopted in 1819 by Alexandre Bisquit, the founder of the house.
Bisquit VSOP is extremely appreciated for its complex flavours based on ripe fruits (dried apricots, honey) and sweet spices (cinnamon, cloves), delicately highlighted by particular notes of roses.
Bisquit VSOP is soft and smooth on the palate, marked by exquisite floral tones. The finish is strong, long-lasting and slightly spicy.
