Description
El Dorado 12 years is a dark rum. With an Alcohol by Volume level as high as 40%, this rum originates from Guyana, the Caribbean. It is deemed to be a tropical rum, exotic and highly appreciated by the regular rum consumers. It has a scent of tropical fruit and spice, with hints of honey or brown sugar, which render its specific sweetness.
Its taste abounds in plum, caramelised apples, coffee, spice and chocolate aromas. Its final taste is dry and refined, with hints of strong coffee. The colour of the liquor is dark gold, similar to amber.
