With a tradition going back over 200 years, Jim Beam White fuses ingredients such as maize, rye, barley, and wheat within a low-temperature distillation process aimed precisely at preserving their flavour. The highest ratio is that of maize, which constitutes 51% of the mix and, together with the other grains, gives the product its unmistakable taste.

Maturation takes four years and is carried out in new oak barrels charred on the inside, thus becoming impregnated with that special caramel flavour.
