Glengoyne 15 Year Old is a classic single malt originating from Scotland. It is based on a flavourful, complex, somewhat sweet whisky and famous for its very detailed and specific maturation process, which takes place in especially selected casks for 15 years.
The notes revealed by the smell of Glengoyne 15 Year Old are sweet, with a trace of cereal and even orange zest. The intense golden colour of Glengoyne 15 Year Old betrays the beverage’s predominantly sweet taste. One can sense tropical fruits, orange, and lemon zest, but also traces of spices and pralines, while the finish is woody and copious.
