Jack Daniel’s 100 Proof Single Barrel – the whiskey with a unique taste.

The production process for Jack Daniel’s is different from that of other whiskies. Immediately after distillation, the beverage undergoes a process called Lincoln County Process. For six days, this liquor is filtered through maple charcoal.

The barrels in which the whisky is preserved are selected and placed in a special area in the warehouse, where the fluctuations in temperature can influence its colour and taste.

Each barrel lends an individual character to the beverage inside, which is why small variations in taste occur from one bottle to another. Each bottle undergoes a manual filling and inscribing process.

The smell of the whisky features notes of charred oak wood, caramel, and accents of coffee.
